S$400 million term loan facility to Lyon Investments Limited
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch (“DB Singapore”) on the S$400 million term loan facility (“Facility”) to Lyon Investments Limited.
The Facility will be used to finance the general offer and privatisation of Sinarmas Land Limited.
Advising DB Singapore were Allen & Gledhill Partners Lim Wei Ting, Andy Chee, and Lee Kee Yeng.
