S$1.9 billion Islamic term financing facility to South Beach Consortium Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS”), Malayan Banking Berhad, Singapore Branch (“Maybank Singapore”), Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (“OCBC”), RHB Bank Berhad, Singapore Branch (“RHB Singapore”) and United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”), on the S$1.9 billion Islamic term financing facility (“Facility”) to South Beach Consortium Pte. Ltd., the owner of a mixed development in Singapore known as South Beach, comprising hotel, office and retail components.
