S$2.48 billion sale of Asia Square Tower 2 to IOI Marina View Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of IOI Properties Group Berhad
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, is advising CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (“CICT”) on the sale of 100% of its interest in Asia Square Tower 2 to IOI Marina View Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of IOI Properties Group Berhad, for an agreed property value of S$2.48 billion.
A separate team from Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, is advising DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS”) on the S$123.8 million term loan facility to IOI Marina View Pte. Ltd. to finance the option fee for the proposed acquisition of MVKimi (BVI) Limited which, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Asia Square Tower 2 Pte. Ltd., owns the Asia Square Tower 2 property.
