Allen & Gledhill Partners Tan Boon Wah, Shalene Jin, and Lim Xiu Hui authored the 2025 update to the Commercial Real Estate in Singapore: Overview Q&A for Practical Law. The Q&A provides a high-level overview of real estate investment structures, restrictions on foreign ownership, title to and sale of real estate, issues relating to tax, finance, and leases, and planning and development controls.
