Issue of US$350 million subordinated dated capital bonds by Fubon Life Singapore Pte. Ltd. and guaranteed by Fubon Life Insurance Co., Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill advised Fubon Life Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“Fubon Life Singapore”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fubon Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (“Fubon Life Insurance”) on the issue of US$350 million Tier 2 subordinated dated capital bonds due 2041 (“Bonds”).
The Bonds are irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed by Fubon Life Insurance.
