S$1.732 billion Islamic term financing facility to IOI Marina View Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS”), Malayan Banking Berhad, Singapore Branch (“Maybank Singapore”), Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (“OCBC”), and United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”), on the S$1.732 billion Islamic term financing facility (“Facility”) to IOI Marina View Pte. Ltd.
The Facility will be used to finance the acquisition of MVKimi (BVI) Limited which, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Asia Square Tower 2 Pte. Ltd., owns the Asia Square Tower 2 property.
Advising DBS, Maybank Singapore, OCBC and UOB were Allen & Gledhill Partners Aloysius Ng, Lim Wei Ting and Lyn Wee.
