We are pleased to provide an overview of antitrust developments in Singapore in 2020 and continuing trends for 2021.
Despite the uncertainties and disruptions brought about by Covid-19, 2020 marked the highest number of Competition Appeal Board decisions released in the history of antitrust enforcement by the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore.
