S$2.7 billion conventional term loan and Islamic Murabahah facilities to Wealthy Link Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS”), Malayan Banking Berhad, Singapore Branch (“Maybank”), Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Singapore Branch (“SMBC”) and United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”), as mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners, on the S$2.7 billion conventional loan and Islamic Murabahah facilities (“Facilities”) to Wealthy Link Pte. Ltd. (sponsored by IOI Properties Group Berhad).
The Facilities are aligned with the Green Loan Principles and will be used to refinance the development of Central Boulevard Towers.
