Allen & Gledhill Partners Daren Shiau and Elsa Chen (Chief Economist) contributed the Singapore chapter to the International Comparative Legal Guide: Competition Litigation 2026 (18th Ed), published by Global Legal Group. The chapter covers common issues in competition litigation law and regulations in Singapore, including the available interim and final remedies, evidence, justification and defences, limitation periods, settlement, costs, appeals, leniency, and anticipated reforms.
