S$6.6 billion proposed acquisition of shares in ST Telemedia Global Data Centres Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill is advising Singapore Telecommunications Limited, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Singtel Interactive Pte. Ltd. (“Singtel”), on the S$6.6 billion proposed acquisition (“Proposed Acquisition”) of STT GDC Pte. Ltd. (“STT GDC”).
Upon completion of the Proposed Acquisition, Singtel will have a 25% interest in STT GDC, while the remaining 75% interest will be held by global investment firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co.
