S$760 million term and revolving loan facilities to Horizon Residential Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS”) on the S$760 million term and revolving loan facilities (“Facilities”) to Horizon Residential Pte. Ltd. (sponsored by CRL Realty Pte Ltd, UOL Group Limited, Singapore Land Group Limited and Kheng Leong Company (Private) Limited).
The Facilities are aligned with the Green Loan Principles and will be used to finance the acquisition and development of the residential component of a mixed development (integrated with an MRT station, a bus interchange and a town plaza) at Hougang central.
