The second quarter of 2020 saw continued disruptions to competition law enforcement activity in the Philippines due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and the Indonesian competition authority continuing to closely monitor markets particularly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Additionally, there has been an increase in the number of cases relating to alleged anti-competitive behaviour and merger notifications published by competition authorities in Thailand and Vietnam.
