Issue of US$585 million asset-backed securities by Astrea 8 Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Astrea 8 Pte. Ltd. (“Astrea 8”), on the issue of S$520 million Class A-1 secured fixed rate bonds due 2039 and US$200 million Class A-2 secured fixed rate bonds due 2039 (collectively, “Bonds”).
The Bonds are the fifth issuance of retail bonds in Singapore backed by cash flows from private equity funds.
Advising Astrea 8 were Allen & Gledhill Partners Yeo Wico, Jeanne Ong, Andrew Chan, and Lim Pek Bur.
