Issue of offshore CNY2.7 billion notes by Temasek Financial (I) Limited and guaranteed by Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited
Allen & Gledhill advised Temasek Financial (I) Limited (“TFin-I”) and Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited (“Temasek”) on the issue of offshore CNY1 billion 2.75% notes due 2034 and offshore CNY1.7 billion 3.10% notes due 2054 (together, “Notes”), under the US$25 billion guaranteed global medium term note programme established by TFin-I.
The Notes are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Temasek.
Advising TFin-I and Temasek were Allen & Gledhill Partners Yeo Wico, Wu Zhaoqi, Kern Wong, and Sunit Chhabra.
