Issue of US$750 million notes due 2030 by ST Engineering RHQ Ltd., unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd
Allen & Gledhill advised ST Engineering RHQ Ltd. (“STE UK-Co”) and Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (“ST Engineering”) on the issue of US$750 million 4.250% notes due 2030 (“Notes”) under their S$5 billion global medium term note programme.
The Notes are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by ST Engineering.
The net proceeds raised from the issue of the Notes will be used by STE UK-Co for the purpose of refinancing existing borrowings.
