S$8 million financing of SG Enviro led by Emerald Technology Ventures Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Emerald Technology Ventures Pte. Ltd. (“Emerald Technology Ventures”), who led the S$8 million investment in SG Enviro, a Singapore-based industrial wastewater engineering firm.
