The chapter discusses the applicable regulatory frameworks governing health and medicinal products, life sciences manufacturing and mergers and acquisitions, and the rules regarding the advertising, promotion and sales of health and medicinal products. Other topics discussed include data privacy, clinical trials and compassionate use programmes, product recalls, as well as issues relating to litigation and dispute resolution.
