This is a fee-paying seminar. You will be directed to a secured third-party payment module (Stripe) to make the payment via credit card. Your registration will only be confirmed after we have received your payment.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.Registration
a. By completing the registration process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
b. The organiser may be reached at events@agasia.law.
c. Registration closes on the date specified on the registration page or when all seats are filled.
d. Registration is confirmed only upon the receipt of full payment and when we have sent you an email confirming your registration, to the email address you have provided.
e. The organiser reserves the right to refuse to register or admit any participant, and to cancel or postpone the programme at any time.  Notification of any such cancellation or postponement will be made to the email you have provided at registration.
f. If you are unable to attend the programme, please submit a written request for a replacement from within your organisation to the organiser no less than 2 working days before the programme.  Substitutions are valid only if confirmed by the organiser in writing.

2.Cancellation and Refund of Fees
a. If you wish to cancel your registration, refunds will be processed as follows :-
      i. Cancellation at least 5 working days before the event, 50% of programme fees;
     ii. Cancellation 5 working days or less before the event, no refunds.
b. Any request for cancellation must be made in writing to the organiser.
c. Save as set out in (d) below, there is no refund for any failure to attend the programme.
d. If you are unable to attend the programme due to medical exigencies, please submit a request to the organiser within 3 working days after the programme.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
a. The organiser reserves all its intellectual property rights (including but not limited to all copyright) which it either owns or holds as licensor in the programme and any materials forming part of the programme (including but not limited to written materials, slides, recordings, assessments and downloadable materials) which may be made available to you as part of the programme and you agree that you will not do anything to infringe or prejudice those rights.
b. No recordings are permitted of any part of the programme.

4. Data Protection
a. All personal information you have disclosed to us in the course of registration will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
b. By submitted this registration, you consent that the organiser may collect, use, and disclose the personal data you have provided to administer your registration and participation in the programme, for statistical analysis or planning, and for the purposes of SILE accreditation.
c. You consent to the disclosure of participant data to speakers to tailor their presentations for this event, and aggregate participant data for publicity purposes.
d. You agree that any personal information you have provided as part of your registration is accurate and you have all necessary information to provide such information.
