20 December 2021

On 14 December 2021, the Ministry of Manpower (“MOM”) issued an updated advisory on Requirements for Safe Management Measures at the Workplace to state that from 1 January 2022, up to 50% of employees who can work from home are allowed to return to the workplace.

This development follows the earlier MOM announcement that from 1 January 2022, employers must ensure that unvaccinated employees do not return to the workplace.
