Allen & Gledhill (Myanmar) appoints new Director
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Jacqueline Cheong as a Director in Allen & Gledhill (Myanmar) with effect from 1 June 2018.
Jacqueline’s areas of practice encompass mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. She also advises on general corporate law. She has acted for private equity funds and strategic corporate clients across a broad spectrum of industries in a variety of transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
