Acquisition of South-east Asian operations and assets of Uber Technologies Inc. by Grab Holdings Inc.
Allen & Gledhill acted as transaction counsel for Grab Holdings Inc. (“Grab”) on its acquisition of the South-east Asian operations and assets of Uber Technologies Inc. (“Uber”) for a 27.5 per cent. stake in Grab. Grab will absorb Uber’s ride-sharing and food delivery business in the region into Grab’s existing multi-modal transportation and FinTech platform.
