Hian Young’s areas of practice include property, trust, equity, family, wills and probate, employment law and corporate and general commercial law.

Hian Young supports the Firm’s pro bono programme that consists of a variety of pro bono work, including providing legal advice and services free of charge to selected charitable organisations.

Hian Young graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LL.B. (Hons) degree. He was called to the Singapore Bar in 1988.

  • Advised on the setting up of many charities and their registration for charity and/or IPC status. 
  • Advised these charities on charities governance and fundraising issues.
