Divestment of 35 per cent. interest of Shwe Taung Energy Co., Ltd to Singapore Petroleum Company
Allen & Gledhill advised Shwe Taung Energy Co., Ltd (“STE”), as transaction counsel, on its divestment of a 35 per cent. interest to Singapore Petroleum Company to form a joint venture with the aim of becoming a leading retail energy distribution company in Myanmar.
Advising STE were Managing Director Minn Naing Oo and Director Oh Hsiu-Hau from the Myanmar office of Allen & Gledhill.
