Issue of US$1 billion perpetual capital securities by DBS Group Holdings Ltd
Allen & Gledhill advised DBS Group Holdings Ltd (“DBSH”) on the issue of its US$1 billion 3.30 per cent. perpetual capital securities first callable in 2025 under its US$30 billion global medium term note programme.
