Issue of S$200 million notes by The Straits Trading Company Limited
Allen & Gledhill advised DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS”), Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited (“SCB”) and United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”), on the issue of S$200 million 3.75 per cent. notes due 2025 comprised in Series 003 under the S$500 million multicurrency debt issuance programme established by The Straits Trading Company Limited.
DBS, SCB and UOB were appointed joint lead managers of the issue.
