Share subscription by SCCP DC Investments Pte. Ltd. and joint venture with Abner Investments Pte. Ltd. in relation to SC Zeus Data Centers Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised SCCP DC Investments Pte. Ltd. (“SCCP”) on its subscription for a 60.3% stake in SC Zeus Data Centers Pte. Ltd. (“JVCo”). The JVCo is a joint venture company set up between SCCP and Abner Investments Pte. Ltd. for the purposes of creating and managing funds, trusts, or other investment vehicles or platforms to develop, operate, manage and invest in data centres in the Asia-Pacific region.
