Issue of US$1 billion notes due 2024 by DBS Group Holding Ltd
Allen & Gledhill advised DBS Group Holdings Ltd (“DBSH”) on the issue of US$700 million 1.169% notes due 2024 and US$300 million floating rate notes due 2024 (“Notes”) under its US$30 billion global medium term note programme.
DBS Bank Ltd. was appointed sole global coordinator for the Notes.
Advising DBSH as to Singapore law was A&G Partner Glenn Foo.
