US$8 million pre-Series A investment in WatchTowr co-led by Vulcan Capital Singapore Greenhouse Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Vulcan Capital Singapore Greenhouse Pte. Ltd. (“Vulcan Capital”), which co-led the US$8 million pre-Series A funding round in WatchTowr Pte. Ltd., a local start-up focused on providing cyber security technology and consultancy services.
