Acquisition of an office portfolio by Ascendas-Singbridge Group
Allen & Gledhill advised Ascendas-Singbridge Group (“Ascendas-Singbridge”), as Singapore counsel, on its acquisition (the “Acquisition”) of 33 office properties in the United States of America (“USA”).
The Acquisition marks the first foray of Ascendas-Singbridge into the USA, and strengthens the international presence of Ascendas-Singbridge while diversifying its portfolio geographically.
Advising Ascendas-Singbridge were Allen & Gledhill Deputy Managing Partner Jerry Koh and Partners Foong Yuen Ping and Jonathan Lee.
