Allen & Gledhill advised Surbana Jurong Private Limited (“Surbana Jurong”), on the establishment of a US$1 billion multicurrency debt issuance programme (the “Programme”) as well as its issue of S$350 million 4.11 per cent. notes due 2025 under the Programme.
