INR20 billion investment in Ascendas India Logistics Pte. Ltd
Allen & Gledhill advised Ascendas India Logistics Holdings Pte. Ltd. (“Ascendas India Logistics Holdings”) on the INR20 billion joint investment by Ascendas-Singbridge Group and Temasek Holdings in Ascendas India Logistics Pte. Ltd. (the “Fund”). The Fund has been established to invest in logistics and industrial real estate in key locations in India. Ascendas India Logistics Holdings is a subsidiary of Ascendas-Singbridge Group.
