Issue of S$300 million subordinated perpetual securities by Keppel Infrastructure Trust
Allen & Gledhill advised Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management Pte. Ltd. (in its capacity as trustee-manager of Keppel Infrastructure Trust) (“KIFM”) as transaction counsel on its issue of S$200 million 4.75 per cent. subordinated perpetual securities, and its subsequent S$100 million tap of the 4.75 per cent. subordinated perpetual securities, under its S$1 billion multicurrency debt issuance programme (the “Programme”).
