Issue of US$600 million notes by SP Group Treasury Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill advised SP Group Treasury Pte. Ltd. (“SP Group Treasury”) on the issue of S$600 million 3.375 per cent. notes due 2029 (the “Notes”), under its S$10 billion global medium term note programme.
The Notes are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Singapore Power Limited.
Advising SP Group as to Singapore law were Allen & Gledhill Partners Yeo Wico, Jeanne Ong, Andrew Chan and Yeo Boon Kiat.
