Issue of US$750 million notes by Singtel Group Treasury Pte Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill advised Singtel Group Treasury Pte. Ltd. (“Singtel Treasury”) and Singapore Telecommunications Limited (“Singtel”), as transaction counsel, on the issue of the US$750 million 2.375 per cent. notes due 2029 under the updated S$10 billion guaranteed Euro medium term note programme (the "Programme”) established by Singtel Treasury (the “Note Issuance”).
Singtel is the guarantor for the Programme.
Advising Singtel Treasury and Singtel on the update of the Programme and Note Issuance were Allen & Gledhill Partners Yeo Wico and Bernie Lee.
Advising Singtel Treasury and Singtel on tax issues was Allen & Gledhill Partner Sunit Chhabra.
