S$1.2 billion term loan facility to Frasers Property Aquamarine Trustee Pte. Ltd. (in its capacity as trustee-manager of Aquamarine Star Trust)
Allen & Gledhill advised Frasers Property Aquamarine Trustee Pte. Ltd. (in its capacity as trustee-manager of Aquamarine Star Trust) (“Frasers Property”) on the S$1.2 billion term loan facility by BNP Paribas, acting through its Singapore branch, DBS Bank Ltd., ING Bank N.V., Singapore Branch, Malayan Banking Berhad, Singapore Branch, Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited and United Overseas Bank Limited.
The proceeds of the facility are to be applied towards, inter alia, refinancing the existing facilities.
