S$906.9 million winning bid for Tulip Garden, Singapore by MCL Land Limited and Yanlord Land Group Limited
Allen & Gledhill advised MCL Land Limited (“MCL Land”) on the joint venture with Yanlord Land Group Limited (“Yanlord”) and the joint venture entity held by MCL and Yanlord (“Joint Venture Entity”) on the S$906.9 million winning bid by way of collective sale for Tulip Garden, Singapore.
Advising MCL in the joint venture with Yanlord and the Joint Venture Entity in the winning bid for Tulip Garden were Allen & Gledhill Partners Ernest Teo, Tan Boon Wah and Lyn Wee.
