US$175 million high yield bonds by PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk
Allen & Gledhill advised PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk (“Alam Sutera”), through its wholly-owned Singapore-incorporated subsidiary Alam Synergy Pte. Ltd. (“ASPL”), on the issue of its US$175 million 11.5 per cent. senior notes due 2021.
