US$193 million term loan facilities to Manulife US Real Estate Investment Trust
Allen & Gledhill advised Manulife US Real Estate Management Pte. Ltd., as manager of Manulife US Real Estate Investment Trust (“Manulife US REIT”, and as manager of Manulife US REIT, the “Manager”) and DBS Trustee Limited, the trustee of Manulife US REIT, on the US$193 million term loan facilities to acquire a new property and refinance certain borrowings.
Advising the Manager and DBS Trustee Limited were Allen & Gledhill Deputy Managing Partner Jerry Koh and Partners Teh Hoe Yue and Jonathan Lee.
