IFC Review: FinTech developments in Singapore - Spotlight on crypto
Allen & Gledhill Partner Adrian Ang and Associate Alexander Fong contributed an article titled “FinTech developments in Singapore: Spotlight on crypto” to the IFC Review. This article focuses on regulatory developments in Singapore specific to “cryptocurrencies”, and how related services would be regulated, both currently and in the near future. The article also discusses Singapore’s current strategy to develop a digital asset ecosystem and how it may translate into future regulations.
