S$348 million acquisition of Wilkie Edge at 8 Wilkie Road Singapore by Keppel Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised a private real estate fund managed by Keppel Ltd. (“Keppel”) on its S$348 million acquisition of Wilkie Edge, an eight-storey mixed-use commercial building located at 8 Wilkie Road Singapore, by way of a share purchase transaction.
