Joint venture between Mitsui & Co., Ltd. and Vedan Viet Nam Enterprise Corp., Ltd. relating to bio-stimulant products
Allen & Gledhill (Vietnam), as transaction counsel, advised Mitsui & Co., Ltd. (“Mitsui”) on its joint venture (“Joint Venture”) with Vedan Viet Nam Enterprise Corp., Ltd. (“Vedan”), which involved the establishment of a new company in Vietnam dedicated to the international trade of bio-stimulant products.
