Victoria Leong
PARTNER
With over a decade of experience in the real estate space, Victoria advises REITs, business trusts, real estate companies and fund managers on international and domestic transactions across a range of asset classes, such as data centres, hospitality, healthcare and retail. Her work spans initial public offerings, equity raisings, acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures and other corporate actions. She also advises these clients on their compliance requirements under the Singapore regulatory and listing regime.
Victoria joined the Firm in 2016, and has been a Partner since 2022. Victoria is recognised as a “Recommended” practitioner in the Capital Markets chapter of Lexology Index: Southeast Asia 2026.
During her time at the Firm, Victoria was seconded to the Hong Kong office of a magic circle law firm. Before joining the Firm, she represented Singapore at the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.
At the Singapore Academy of Law (SAL), Victoria serves as Assistant Subject Editor for SAL Practitioner (Corporate Law). She has written articles on corporate matters including corporate governance and special purpose acquisition companies. Victoria has also advised charities on a pro bono basis.
Work Highlights
- Advised Altallo Holdings Pte. Ltd. on its S$372 million indirect acquisition of i12 Katong mall from Keppel Ltd. via a trust structure in 2026.
- Acted as transaction counsel in the IPO and listing of NTT DC REIT on the Singapore Exchange, which raised gross proceeds of US$1,030 million from the IPO and the issuance of sponsor units and cornerstone units in 2025.
- Advised Lendlease Global Commercial REIT on its approximately S$280.0 million private placement together with its acquisition of a 70% effective interest in PLQ Mall and a 70% interest in LL PLQM Trustee Pte. Ltd. for approximately S$234.5 million in 2025.
- Advised OUE Limited on its joint venture with Tokyo Century Corporation to develop the 255-room Hotel Indigo Changi Airport at Changi Airport Terminal 2 in 2025.
- Advised Frasers Centrepoint Trust on its approximately S$200 million private placement together with its acquisition of a 24.5% effective interest in NEX shopping mall for approximately S$523.1 million in 2024.
