Issue of US$500 million notes due 2026 by Bayfront Infrastructure Management Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill advised Bayfront Infrastructure Management Pte. Ltd. (“Bayfront”) on the issue of US$500 million 4.257% notes (“Notes”) due 2026, guaranteed by the Government of Singapore.
The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Singapore Branch and Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited were appointed joint lead managers in respect of the Notes.
Advising Bayfront as to Singapore law were Allen & Gledhill Partners Yeo Wico, Jeanne Ong and Sunit Chhabra.
