Our arbitration team consist of over 30 specialists dedicated to arbitration and arbitration-related litigation.  As one of the oldest and largest arbitration practices in the region, we are committed participants in this sector and have seen the development of international arbitration over the years to its current prominence in the dispute resolution landscape. 

Asian footprint and wider involvement

With over two decades of conducting arbitrations throughout the South-east Asian region, we have specialist expertise to deal with different legal systems and a strong knowledge of unique local conditions and arbitral environments present throughout the region.  Our arbitration footprint presently extends to China, South Asia, particularly India, as well as Central Asia. 

Our well-travelled team is regularly and actively involved in a variety of matters in leading arbitration centres around the world.  We  represent our clients in disputes arising throughout Asia or globally, and manage disputes occurring in multiple jurisdictions.  Several leading members of our team are also dual-qualified to practise in Singapore and Malaysia.
